Orders

When you buy seeds, we use your name, email, and delivery address to pack and post your order and to send your order confirmation. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.

We keep order records so we can fulfil purchases, answer questions about an order, and meet basic business/accounting needs. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising lists.

Contact form

If you send a message through our contact form, we use your name and email only to reply. Enquiry messages may be stored so we can answer you and keep a short history of the conversation.

General enquiries are handled separately from packing alerts. New-order alerts for dispatch go to sales@tobaccoseed.co.uk only — not used for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential storage so the shopping cart works on your device. We also use Google Analytics and Statcounter to see how the shop is used. We do not use advertising cookies. See the Cookie policy.
